Appco UK receives positive feedback from donors

Appco UK’s in-house contact centre makes welcome calls to 65% of all new donors signed up by face-to-face fundraisers to thank them for their support and to make sure they were happy with the sign up process.

Pagan Knill, a professional face-to-face fundraiser received very positive feedback from a donor recently. Mr Archman chose to contact Appco’s customer service centre specifically to praise Pagan for her demeanour while representing cancer charity Anthony Nolan.
