I joined Appco Thailand in 2009. I still remember when I first started, I wasn’t really serious about my work. Moreover, I didnt know what I wanted to achieve in my life. The only thing that kept me going was that I loved the environment. As time passed, the people around me were being promoted and took on more senior roles. I then asked myself ‘Why do I only want to do sales?’ That’s why I started to change how I thought about the business and the way I worked. I set very clear goals for myself and worked hard in order to achieve them and to build my future. I kept telling myself ‘If other people can do it, I can definitely do it too’.
What has your journey within the business been like so far?
The journey has been very challenging for me. It has changed my life completely. Before joining Appco, I wasn’t even responsible enough to take care of myself but today I have to take care of everyone on my team. I have the responsibility to guide them and lead them to achieve their goals and that is why I love my job. I want to be able to share the great opportunity and success with my people and help them experience it as well. I keep learning and improving myself every day because I want to be a great example for the people in my organisation. I want to be someone who they can learn from and who they can follow with confidence.
What has been your biggest achievement so far?
I feel like I have already made my parents very proud and they don’t have to be concerned about me. But my biggest achievement in this business is the great opportunity that I can offer people in my organisation. It gives me immense pleasure to watch them get closer and closer to their goals. I also feel very happy to see them grow personally and have a better lifestyle.
What advice would you give to someone starting their journey within the business?
From my personal experience, I think the more mistakes you make the more successful you will become. Every time you encounter a problem or an obstacle, instead of running away, you should think of it as your best friend. You should look at it as a good opportunity to improve yourself and learn. Furthermore, being in the right environment can help overcome these obstacles.
Where do you see yourself in five years time?
I see myself having a good lifestyle and also providing for my family. I would also like to buy a big villa to live in.
What are your plans for the future?
a. Business Goals
To expand my organisation by opening up 20 new offices with 1000 Field Reps and also become the first Vice President in Thailand.
b. Personal Goals
Have sufficient funds to invest in a real estate business and also get ready for my wedding.
What are you hoping to accomplish by the end of this year?
My plan is to be promoted to Organisational Head and have at least 150 people in my organisation including five Branch Managers in order to operate and run four campaigns. I also plan to open new branches in different cities in Thailand.
How do you relax away from the office?
I like to go out either clubbing or hang out with friends. Playing sports is another way that I like to relax.
